In case of an order cancellation, please cancel the order before it is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be canceled through our website.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is available for selected products only. The exchange eligibility and applicable information are available on the respective product page. The exchange policy for a product may be changed without prior notice.

Exchange charges: A charge of ₹120 will be applicable for each exchange request

Return Policy

Customers can request a return as per the return eligibility and timeline mentioned on the respective product page.

Return charges: A charge of ₹200 will be applicable for each return request.

In case pickup service is not available at your location, you will have to self-ship the product to our office address.

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE

• The item must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product must have its original packaging and tags intact. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return or exchange requests raised after the applicable return/exchange period mentioned on the product page will not be accepted.
• Exchange or return requests may be subject to product-specific eligibility conditions mentioned on the product page.
